BIO

Agostina is a Buenos Aires - born film director and photographer whose work spans fiction, commercial productions, and music videos. After graduating from Universidad del Cine, she began her career directing several award-winning short films. Her films have been acquired by HBO and screened at international film festivals including Locarno, BFI, AFI, Viennale, and the New York Film Festival.

Since moving into commercial directing, she has drawn from her love of art, fashion, and design to create visually striking campaigns for brands such as Miu Miu, Valentino, Renault, Gap, and Poppi. She often works with people who have unique features, challenging conventional ideas of beauty by finding it in unexpected places - what she likes to call “beautiful flaws.” Her photography is intimate and attentive to presence and spontaneity, exploring how women inhabit the spaces around them.

She currently lives between Buenos Aires and New York and is developing two feature films.
